GENERAL

The person making the purchase of the ULTIMATE UNIFY EXPERIENCE package will be the point of contact for all discussions related to the property. The person making the purchase will be introduced by UNIFY to the team at Venus Bay Short Stays.
Term: The premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the term stated on the booking confirmation.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside any property at any time.
Tents/Caravans: No tents, caravans or any other structure is to be erected at the property at any time. If evidence of this is reported to the Agent, you will be advised to vacate the property immediately with no refund.

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT (ALL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ULTIMATE UNIFY EXPERIENCE)

Booking Fee: A booking fee of $40 is covered as part of the price of The Ultimate Unify Experience. This is non-refundable in the case of cancelation.

Deposit: This is included as part of the price of The Ultimate Unify Experience and you do not need to pay an additional fee. See Cancellation Policy (below) for further details.

Balance: You will not need to pay anything further to secure your booking. All costs associated with the booking of your house are included as part of the price of The Ultimate Unify Experience.

Cancellation Charges: If you are to cancel your Ultimate UNIFY Experience package, a cancellation fee of $100 applies to all cancellations in accordance with Venus Bay Short Stays policy.

Bonds: In accordance with Venus Bay Short Stays policy, you will need to provide credit card details when checking in. You will then receive the keys to your property.

DAMAGE PROTECTION FREE (INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ULTIMATE UNIFY EXPERIENCE)

The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of $59 protects you from being charged for accidental damage that may occur during your occupancy. You remain responsible for any damage, repair, or replacement expenses exceeding the amount of the Security Deposit you may otherwise have provided, so cover is up to the value of $1000.

Damage Protection does not cover damage or loss that is not disclosed, you must notify us if you do any damage. To avoid erroneous blame, you are required to immediately notify our team if anything is amiss when you arrive at the home. Prior to, or immediately upon, vacating the home, you must inform our staff if there have been any incidents of loss or damage that have occurred during your occupancy.

Damage Protection does not replace or negate your responsibility for all members of your party as a primary guest/renter. It does not pay for any act of intentional or negligent destruction, pet damage, re-keying, or additional cleaning if the home is left excessively dirty.

This cover is for accidental damage up to the value of $1000 and anything in excess of this will be payable by the guest/renter.

The Damage Protection is offered, administered and funded solely by AS&S-VB and we are solely authorised to determine the nature of the cover.

BOOKING DETAILS

CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES: Special check in times for THE ULTIMATE UNIFY EXPERIENCE are 10am on the Friday, with the option of a Thursday arrival included as part of the package. You must be checked out by 10am Monday. For any questions, email ticketing@unifygathering.com

CANCELATION POLICY
If you cancel your ULTIMATE UNIFY EXPERIENCE, booking fees and linen fees are not refundable. For bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, the deposit included as part of the price of the ULTIMATE UNIFY EXPERIENCE is not refundable unless the property is successfully rebooked by the Venus Bay Short Stays.

For bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival and for no shows, the full price of property will be non refundable, unless the house is successfully rebooked by the Venus Bay Short Stays.

A cancellation fee of $100 applies to all cancellations. This will be deducted from funds held and the balance refunded if the property is rebooked by Venus Bay Short Stays. Any refund applicable because the property has been rebooked will be made after the dates of the original booking. If the property is rebooked for only part of the original booking dates, then a pro rata refund will be made at the discretion of Venus Bay Short Stays.

Cancellation of the arrangement due to non-payment of the balance by the due date will result in the loss of all monies associated with property part of the ULTIMATE UNIFY EXPERIENCE.

Venus Bay Short Stays do not offer refunds or reschedule bookings due to weather events, traffic delays, or natural disasters. You are encouraged to take out travel insurance to cover such events. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures or unused days of your holiday rental property reservation.

KEYS
Keys are to be collected upon arrival to Venus Bay and prior to check in once credit card details are provided by the purchasing member of the group. All details and information on the process of check in will be provided prior to the event to clearly outline all components of the procedure and avoid any confusion. The keys must be returned post check out, no later than 10am on Monday January 15. If keys are not returned the guest will be liable for any charge incurred in gaining entry and/or replacing keys and changing locks if necessary.

If any keys are lost or locked inside the property after hours, a $100 service fee is applicable. If Venus Bay Short Stays are unable to provide a key for any reason, then the guest must engage a professional locksmith to gain access. The locksmith’s invoice must be paid directly to the locksmith at that time. Guests must not break into, or attempt to break into premises when locked out.

CLEANING
Cleaning charges have been included in the price of the ULTIMATE UNIFY EXPERIENCE, however if excessive cleaning is required over and above what is considered by Venus Bay Short Stays as a standard clean, the purchaser will be charged at cost. If, upon occupation, the property or contents fail to meet acceptable cleaning standards, reasonable endeavours will be made to rectify the problem. However, this shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
Unless previously discussed directly with UNIFY, the ULTIMATE UNIFY EXPERIENCE caters for up to 6 people. For any questions or requests for numbers in excess of this, please email ticketing@unifygathering.com

AGENT/OWNER LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Property – We have taken great care to describe your holiday accommodation to you as accurately as possible. We cannot however, accept responsibility for incorrect descriptions, errors or omissions. Please Note: The photos above are general photos of houses similar to what is on offer. the house you book may vary from the photos

Substitution of property – At times situations arise over which Venus Bay Short Stays have no control such as ownership changes, extensive repairs or maintenance, or if properties are removed from the holiday rental market. UNIFY and Venus Bay Short Stays reserve the right to offer guests alternate accommodation of a similar standard, as available, at our discretion. In the unlikely event that your booked property will not be available for your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every reasonable effort to ensure you are satisfied.
Wildlife – Our properties are maintained and cleaned regularly, however wildlife is common in country and coastal areas. UNIFY & Venus Bay Short Stays do not accept liability for the unfortunate or seasonal visits of any wildlife including, but not limited to; rodents, insects, cockroaches, kangaroos, wombats, snakes or spiders.

Access – Venus Bay Short Stays and/or it’s representatives reserve the right to enter the property at any time, without notice, to inspect and/or undertake maintenance of the property. We will provide notice to the guests wherever possible.

Equipment – Venus Bay Short Stays and/or the owner do not accept liability or loss caused by failure of equipment and/or services out of our control, including but not limited to, water, electricity, gas and internet. In the event of a failure, the guest should notify our team in the first instance. Any problems that arise during the rental period that do not constitute an emergency as determined by Venus Bay Short Stays, will be remedied at any time during or after the rental period, at the sole discretion of Venus Bay Short Stays.

Limited Liability – to the maximum extent permitted by law, in no case shall UNIFY or Venus Bay Short Stays, nor it’s affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, or for any damages for death, personal or bodily injury, emotional distress or damage to property, arising out of or in connection with your stay. This limitation applies to all claims for damages including negligence even if UNIFY or Venus Bay Short Stays has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Indemnity – Venus Bay Short Stays and/or the owners do not accept liability for any personal loss or injury to guests during the rental period, including that caused by events beyond our control. Events may include, but are not limited to; adverse weather, fire, flood, traffic or flight delays, war, terrorist activity, civil disobedience, or other force majeure and no refund or credit will be offered under these circumstances.

Disputes – Venus Bay Short Stays reserves the right to resolve any disputes on behalf of all involved parties.
