*Please Note* Twickets do not have their own allocation of tickets that they are selling. They sell tickets based on people that can no longer attend listing their tickets on the site for other people to buy. Tickets are only available if listed by your fellow punter.

Step 1 – Listing:
Head to the Unify Twickets page and hit the sell button. Once you’re there you can select the ticket type you are selling for this event, please note that Twickets will only be selling weekend camping tickets so you will only be able to select one ticket type. for any other ticket queries please refer back to Unify. On Twickets you can also opt to add the booking fee you were charged along with the face value of your ticket (no more than $7.67) We recommend you don’t add the booking fee to ensure a faster sale. If you don’t already have an account you will also need to register with PayPal, this is so we can ensure the security of yours and the buyer’s money, during the process you will be prompted to sign in or sign up before completing your listing.

Step 2 – Delivery:
There is only one delivery method for this event and it’s totally free! It’s a downloadable E-ticket. Once the sale of your tickets has been finalised both you and your buyer will be sent an email notifying you of the sale, this will also go to Unify who will reissue the ticket to the buyer and void the ticket you have sold on.
Once the ticket is sold you can sit back, relax and enjoy a beer in celebration as we’ll take care of the rest!

Step 3 – Payment:
We use PayPal to pay out any funds from buyer to seller. In conjunction with consumer law, we are required to hold monies for tickets sold until after the event has taken place. Don’t worry though, we don’t take long, we aim to have your money to you within 8 working days following the event or sooner.
Please note that standard PayPal charges apply.

Step 4 – Commitment:
Please note that tickets made available for sale on Twickets cannot be listed on any other resale site. If you sell your tickets elsewhere and you do not remove the listing before they are sold on Twickets you will be subject to an admin charge.

Step 1 – Search
Head over to the Unify/Twickets page which will list all available tickets.
If the tickets you are looking for aren’t listed in our stream you can hit the “alert” button, sign up to that and we will let you know as soon as some tickets become available. You can also follow our Twitter feed @twicketsaus for real time listings.

Step 2 – Delivery
There is only one delivery option for Unify 2018 which is a PDF ticket via email. Once the transaction has been completed both you, the seller and Unify will be notified. Ensure the email address you use to sign up with is one you can access as this is where Unify will send your ticket.

Step 3 – Payment
You can pay by all major credit and debit cards and also with PayPal. Once the ticket purchase is complete you will receive a confirmation from us for the purchase, this IS NOT your ticket. Your ticket will be sent directly to you from Unify, please make sure to keep an eye on your email and check your junk mail just in case.

Step 4 – Commitment
Please note that once you have committed to buying the tickets you cannot back out. However, you can relist them on Twickets once you have received them.
